About Saeid
I'm Canadian-Iranian, born in Tehran and currently residing in Toronto.The youngest of three siblings, I immigrated with my family to Canada ten years ago. I have recently graduated from University of Toronto with an Hon B.Sc specializing in Psychology and I am currently pursuing my graduate studies in Clinical Developmental psychology at York University under the supervision of Dr. Wintre. I have an avid interest in meditation and existentialist philosophy which to a large extent has shaped my life and the material that I present.
I'm also interested in the workings of education systems, particularly with regards to the selective way history is taught and used to create a national identity.
Along those lines I'm currently working on another project to help raise an interest in global issues among high school students and to enrich their history curriculum. you can check out the project's web site at:
